What data we collect

We only collect the data we need to answer your enquiry and keep this website secure and reliable:

  • Contact and enquiry data you send us by email or phone: name, company, email address, phone number, and the technical details of your process (for example line speed, web width, substrate or dryer type).
  • Technical data processed automatically when the site is served, such as IP address, browser type and error diagnostics. This is used to operate and secure the website.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles.

Why we process your data and on what basis

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare technical proposals — our legitimate interest in business communication, or the steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with accounting and other legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary technical storage required to deliver the pages and detect errors. No consent-requiring analytics, marketing or third-party tracking cookies are used. If we introduce such tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Sharing and processors

Your data is not sold or rented. We may share it with service providers acting on our instructions, such as our website hosting and email providers, and with advisors or authorities where legally required. Processors are bound by data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep data

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then normally deleted within three years of the last contact. Accounting records are kept for five years plus the current financial year, as required by Danish law. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@sustainadrytech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access control on internal systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our website, services or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
