SustainaDryTech designs and delivers advanced drying and energy recovery systems for industrial web processes. Our purpose is simple: help manufacturers dry more efficiently, electrify their heat supply, and turn wasted energy into productive process heat.
Our story
From a clear industrial problem to a patented solution
Founded by engineers Morten Støhs, Jesper Ellebæk, and Jens Jessen Hansen, SustainaDryTech was built around a simple observation: drying is one of the largest energy consumers in web-based production, yet most of that energy leaves the plant as hot, humid exhaust air.
We developed DryLoop™ HPDU — a heat-pump-based drying and energy recovery platform that captures, upgrades and reuses thermal energy from the exhaust stream. The result is a dramatic reduction in energy consumption, operating costs and CO₂ emissions, without compromising drying performance.
