Our Patented Energy Recovery System works by combining the science behind a heat exhanger and a heat pump. Above is an example of how our Energy Recovery System is able to recover the heat from the humid return air from a hot-air dryer to reheat the cold clean air. With this we are able to remove the humidity/water from the drying process while not wasting the energy. This results in a proven reduction in energy consumption of up to 87%.
